Also, its very hard to do with your first ruler. SO, basically, make sure u are able to reform and go fuedal at the same time or u will fail horribly and lose everything to your enemies. You will also want to make sure you are able to do both at the same time, because once you reform, your vassals can no longer give you 100% of their levies, and if you cant also go fuedal u wont get the upgraded troops and will effectively gimp your kingdom and everyone will attack you endlessly because of it and u wont have the advanced troops that can win outnumbered. Also, its pointless to increase your tribal organization because you cant become fuedal unless your religion is reformed first(unless you have zero vassals which I highly recommend just dont do go over demeshe limit).
